Melbourne (Eastern Suburbs)

Utes with tubs:

We offer installation at our Kilsyth factory. Pre-Bookings are required. To book an installation we require your make, model, year of manufacture, VIN plate and photos of the inside of your tub and of your vehicle from the back. All of these can be sent to installations@utecoversdirect.com.au. Once we get all information required we will be in contact with the price of the Tonneau Cover and arrange a time for installation. The installation can be paid for after it has been completed but the cover must be fully paid before the installation can be booked in.

If you have already purchased the Tonneau Cover we will still require all information stated above including your order number.

In addition to the cost of the cover, there is a charge for installation.

$180 for installing our Bunji, Stretch Rope and Clip On Tonneau Covers.

We will require the Ute for around 3 hours. Your tub will need to be clean before installation.

Our booking times are 8:30am – 11:30am & 1pm – 4pm from Tuesday – Friday.

If your Ute has had a hard lid/ fiberglass lid or anything similar that has been used in the past then all fittings will need to be removed prior to installation.

We cannot sell a Clip On Tonneau Cover or do an installation for your vehicle if it has non-factory sports bars or factory sports bars in non-factory placement. We do not manufacture custom Clip On Tonneau Covers.

We do offer installations for custom Bunji Tonneau Covers where we can cut and sew the Tonneau Cover around non-factory sports bars, factory sports bars in non-factory placement, or to accommodate for ladder racks. Please note that we charge $60 per custom hole on top of the installation cost. The holes are cut around the sports bars/ladder racks then carefully sewn and Velcro is used to join the separate parts together.

If you have had a Bunji or Stretch Rope Tonneau Cover in the past the buttons on the side and rear of your tub may not match up with the Bunji Loops/Stretch Rope on our Tonneau Covers. We can make a blank version of the cover and put the Bunji Loops/Stretch Rope so that they line up with your pre-existing buttons.

Utes with trays/fleet trays:

We can make a Tonneau Cover to suit your Ute Tray. We require the Internal Length, Internal Width and Tray Wall Thickness. Please see the product links below for each different type and a drawing of what measurements are required.
