Shipping

We offer free express shipping for all soft covers to mainland Australia. Hard Lids shipping costs vary depending on the type and state chosen.

Manufacturing (pre-shipping) periods:

  • Soft Covers: 2-4 business days.
  • Silverback Hard Lid: 2-5 business days.
  • Manual Locking Hard Lid: 2-7 business days.
  • Premium Hard Lid: 2-7 business days.
  • Roll R Cover: 0-6 business days.
  • Spare Parts: Next business day.
  • Accessories: 0-3 business days.

Estimated delivery dates:

  • Metro areas: 1 – 2 business days.
  • Rural areas: 3 – 10 business days.

Soft covers are made to order. When ready, items leave our factory at the end of each business day (9 am to 5 pm). 
Deliveries and pick ups are not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

  • Our freight company is prompt and convenient for all of our customers.Once your item has been dispatched, we then mark your transaction as completed as well as providing you with a tracking number and transport details. You are then able to track your parcel via the transport company website. Please note that tracking numbers can take anywhere from 1-8 hours before becoming active.
  • If for any reason your item has been lost or damaged during transport we will supply you with a replacement free of charge, and will deliver your replacement ASAP.
  • Unless you allow an authority to leave during checkout, we will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure the address you provide has someone available to receive your item. If no one is available to receive the item and an authority to leave has been agreed, then the item will be left at the front door, or a more suitable secure location on the premises or where you have stated for us to leave it. Ute Covers Direct takes no responsibility for items left in this manner. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to take delivery.
  • If your item has not been delivered within the estimated time frame please contact us immediately, we will chase it up with the freight company ASAP for you.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with correct and current delivery address in checkout prior to payment.
  • Items will only be dispatched once full payment and checkout has been cleared. We do not carry items in stock so please allow time for production.
  • Please Note: we do not deliver to a P.O Box as parcel is too big for Australia Post to allow, it is the buyers responsibility to provide us with a valid fixed address only (ie. work or home address).
